At Audio Advice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance audio and home theater gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most products within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack your item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
